3 charging me 178.02 for a few days crap service
So i switched from EE monthly SIM costing 28 pounds to 3's SIM which was 20 pound a month, I used it for a total of 3 days till my number transferred over from EE. The service and reception was shocking so I requested a PAC code to go back to EE on a new data plan, however 3 have decided to send me a bill for 178.02 which makes no sense
Being an emergency worker in these times is stressful enough and now 3 think they can charge me for a poor service of a few days.
What can i do? Their call centre apparently should be open 8-8pm like it says when I ring up, current time of 6:45pm it is not?
copy of bill attached:

Did you have a contract with Three and how many days had you had the sim? For how long was the contract and did you ever complain about the reception before you requested the PAC code?
From Three's point of view it could look like you have just broken the contract and thus need to pay a termination fee.0 -

I requested a pac code before 30th April, and if I received it on the 17th that is still within 2 weeks, and they also already taken £20.95 even though it was supposed to be £18 a month, so I’ve paid more for a service I never even received0 -

Did you tell Three that you wanted to cancel under the 14 days return period or did you just ask for a PAC?

The link does not work? EDIT: Ok found it.
Suspect? Op did not cancel within the 14 days and did indeed just ask for a PAC.
3 it now appears to have added the agreed termination fee to the ops bill.
Well some of the £168:90 anyway.
Perhaps OP can clarify?

I can only suggest you contact Three by phone when you can and claim that you cancelled within 14 days by PAC because you could not get thru on the phone to cancel. The fact that you got poor reception where you live is down to you though for not checking before you signed a contract. Many parts of the country get poor reception from one phone company or another and where I live Three gives the most bars So If you ring do not berate Three.0

The first guy I had was Harman Kaur from the Pune contact centre. He was rude, had no clue about anything, and just kept repeating the charges, he did not take into consideration anything and didn't give his supervisor details or any other alternative help at all. An idiot.2nd person was a woman named Sonu, absolute star, straight off the bat said I should not be charged anything for ending the contract in the 14 day cooling off period, super polite and said i would get my money back if im owed due to the 20.95 payment already taken, case solved and no charges on the account.0 -
