Refund from Ryanair

Flew from Stanstead to Memmingem 10/2/20 couldn't land at airport had 3 aborted landings flew onto new airport still couldn't land 2 aborted landings so flew onto Milan Italy when arrived all passengers told to wait in arrivals this we did for 3 hours no Ryanair staff around eventually told we were going back to Memmingem by coach this took 9 hours we were not given or offered any food or refreshments also husband Diabetic the whole time from landing to arriving back at Memmingem lost one day of car hire also one day of holiday lost  our 1and half hour flight turned into 14 hours! put compensation claim to Ryanair they have said it is not their problem contacted citizen advice they had no idea contacted my holiday insurance they had no idea either Just want to know if anybody has any other ideas if I have a case I am not one for complaining but the whole experience was horrendous never again with Ryanair

Enter your flight details into a couple of checkers euclaim and bottonline and see what they say first. If they say you are due compensation, bottonline will keep sending you emails asking if you want to claim through them, that's the only drawback.

Has anyone had a problem receiving flight delay payment  having used a Halifax Clarity credit card - they will not accept the IBAN codeGB38LOYD30675699067997 which Halifax tell me is their only generic code. I asked Ryanair to put it into my current account but they refuse Halifax say they can do nothing more - Ryanair will do nothing more so I am at a loss?!!
