Mobile Phones Direct - Issue submitting cashback - Multiple Orders

Sixth Anniversary 500 Posts Name Dropper
I've never had an issue submitting my cashback claims before, but I now have two orders listed when I login to my account with them.  An old one (which is still active, but all cashback has been claimed) and my most recent order.
When trying to submit a cashback claim on my most recent order I get an error message:
"Please check the form and try again"
Has anyone else experienced this issue ? - I can't be the only one who has ordered more than once from them.
