If you leave Talk Talk, and have BB and telephone with there LLU service, and you wish to leave BT will charge you £125 to go back to them.
Also Talk Talk do not allow you to use and alternative ISP if you are on the above service.

    Read their T&Cs carefully!

I was assuming that Talk Talk was supplying both telephony and broadband over their network and not BT's, is this not the case?

An active Talk Talk LLU is now a free standard connection. :)

  • so if i am currently on a talktalk voice & BB LLU package, the only way i can move to another provider e.g. tiscali would be to go back to BT first?
which ok would be a free- reconnect, but is there a BT package i could leave again after a week to move to tiscali?
from what i can see all BT stuff is now either 12 or 18 month deals, much more expensive than the competition, so i'm pretty much trapped where i am?
