I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It is not a fine, it is an invoice from an ex-clamper to compensate them for the alleged harm they suffered when you did what you did. We call it a scam. Pay them not a penny unless a judge so orders it.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

there are restrictions all around our area on the roads with yellow lines as well so parking there wouldn't have been an option for us.Yes it would; you didn't read the Local Authority COViD enforcement rules I quoted?
Obviously you CAN'T complain to the MA if the car park isn't part of your flats/houses. This was a silly place to put your car and on street would have been fine (single yellow or preferably in a permit bay...fine during lockdown IMHO).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

However these are to be taken as NWFE notice to keepers, not 'debt collector letters' later in the process (the latter being the type you can ignore). Just follow what the NEWBIES thread already clearly says about IPC firms and send appeals but not the template. DO NOT admit who parked, but state that your family are self isolating and the car was not moved (if true) between the times shown and nor was it causing any obstruction, and you note that Local Authorities have been clearly instructed to avoid issuing PCNs in residential communities and you expect nothing less from a private firm:
https://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/Documents/COVID-19/Local_Authority_Parking_Operational_Advice_during_Covid_19_-_Version_7_-_15_April_2020.pdf
The section headed 'Enforcement' says to COUNCILS (not private firms):
''We advise that the majority of enforcement activity, and especially that relating to lower level contraventions, should cease during the lock down period. Authorities may need to continue to deploy their front line teams in some capacity to focus on priority areas and controls. Enforcement officers should be focused on providing help and advice about where people can and can’t park and encouraging the drivers of poorly parked vehicles to move where possible rather than issuing PCNs. It is recommended that any enforcement activity focuses on incidents of obstructive or dangerous parking that could have a more significant impact on safety and access for emergency and essential services...
All available off-street provision should be considered as an option to provide additional parking for residents.''
I am showing you that, NOT because NWFE are bound by it (they're not, because they are not a Council) but because this is exactly the sort of appeal you should be making - and to the IPC as well even though we know you are likely to lose as that's a kangaroo court. It should clearly say the car 'was not moved' and mention all three PCNs in every appeal you make. i.e. you must make 3 separate appeals but each must be identical and mention all 3 PCNs and quote the above instructions re 'residential enforcement' and cite the Consumer Rights Act test of fairness in Schedule 2, highlighting 6, 10, 14 and 18.
Don't use the template appeal for these.
But do complain to the Managing Agents of the site FIRST (this week, today!) if this is your residential car park area, and if they are useless, do appeal to the PPC ex-clamper scammers, and DO take all 3 cases to IAS, because I think maybe one or two of them will fall away just by exposing this cynical predatory ticketing during COVID_19.
These are not 'fines'.
We are NOT telling you to pay them but NWFE sue people and ignoring them doesn't look good later in front of a local Judge (where you are always most likely to win, with our help). A non-template appeal like the above might remove some of them from the equation.

I said what to do if you want to possibly get a couple cancelled. I wouldn't advice using IAS normally but you need to use the words I said.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
