Unsuccessfully trying to register an account for virgin mobile
Hi all. I’m trying to register a online mobile account with virgin to give my PAC code so I can transfer my number. I am already a virgin media customer. Within my virgin media on line accounts you may be familiar in that you see the package you have. The mobile in is present but you click on a link to “sign in to you virgin mobile account”, which I did. It’s asks you for email address & p/word which I don’t have as I haven’t registered. I click on the register tab and it asks for the mobile number. Then it asks as a security question for your mother’s maiden name plus digits (my mother’s maiden name is just a name) and that’s where the fun begins. It will not progress any further then the capture/I am not a robot box pops up and I’m stuck in a loop. I am trying this on an iPad and have tried it on an android and a pc which replicates the exact same progress. I gave up on this so thought I’d speak to a human. I rang 789 as per the pamphlet and got through speaking with somebody who spoke at a 100mph. He was asking me for certain letters from my 8 letter p/word. I explained that I haven’t created an account yet and have been trying to. He asked what my my sort code was, which I provided and what day the payment goes through and all were incorrect and he couldn’t help me any further. I got up early this morning in case it was “the internet” and have just done the process again up to the capture box. Help please. Oh I tried the online chat yesterday and got passed from pillar to post eventually just left hanging there.

I have a Virgin Media account and created a separate Virgin Media mobile account using a different email address. This works for me.0

When you say you're stuck in a loop, do you mean that the captcha keeps refreshing.?(i.e. say it asks you to click on every square with a traffic light. You do this, and it refreshes asking you again -might even ask something different#If so, this is how captcha can work, sometimes you need to do it over and over until it will accept that "you are not a robot".So it might be that you just need to keep going.1

HELP PLEASE ?? Hi there, Can I return an unwanted new phone without authorisation from Carphone Warehouse and if so where do I return it? Been waiting too long for an answer from them, said phone is now overdue 14 days "cooling off" period. Vodafone has already taken Ist month's payment out of my account yesterday, even though I called them to say I was sending the phone back and cancelling the contract!0

I was having a problem called vm and they talked me through it I didn't have problem with the checkbox tho0

I had the same problem. In the end I ended up calling them. The lady I spoke to was very helpful.
