Just signed up to there faster fibre with TV and free Amazon prime for £25pm. I'm now seeing quite a few complaints of intermittent connection problems and Zero customer service. Am I just reading the bad press or should I be looking to cancel and move supplier?

How many customers do TT have? I think its 2,500,000 so you must judge how many of them complain on this forum and elsewhere. I think most complaints seem to be when you try to leave. At the moment customer service is poor for most Telecom companies, utilities and retail companies.
At £25 a month with Prime thrown in seems a very good deal so just wait to see if you are one of the unlucky ones.

Find an ISP that has no complaints and pay more .

OP, you'll be fine. Was with Talk talk for many years before getting FTTP installed so had no choice but to leave them as they don't offer OR fibre just yet. Got a rock solid connection with TT, line speeds 24/7/365. They have around 4 million customers, I'm sure vast majority are satisfied customers. For any issues I recommend posting on the TT forum which is manned by UK staff. Good luck!0

I was with TalkTalk for about 8 years and the service was generally fine, my only real gripe is that I had to have a new phone number when I left them, apparently they are slow at releasing them or something.
Oh and despite their no price rise promise they increased the cost of their calls as apparently their promise only applied to the broadband part of the package.0 -
Been with them over 10 years. had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. I only pay £22 for internet and all calls including mobiles, happy with the service I have received.0

Please let us know more about the fantastic deal you've got from Talk Talk.
Is it for more than 12 months?0 -
My contract was up with them. I was paying £19.95 for the same package and they offered me £28.95, which was £21.95 for the internet and £6.00 (half price for the calls package) I said no because I could get the same from Now Broadband for £25.00 so they put me through to loyalty. I expected to be negotiating with them and probably get it for £25.00 but they just offered it for £21.95 with no argument. That was at the begging of March, it is for 18 months1
