You will most likely repeatedly receive threatening letters from "legal" types and debit collectors. Do you want that?
The decision is yours.
Guess you have had a bad experience without the help of this forum0 -
Nisha20 said:This company is an absolute joke. They don't respond to appeals via their website, you cant call them as they are not taking calls due to covid-19 and they tell you to email them. When you email them they don't respond to that either.
I made a quick trip to Sainsburys in Stamford Hill on February 17th, The images they sent me of my car driving into the car park (head lights shown), then an image of me driving out of the car park (break lights shown). But they claim my car was parked there.
I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions, but their website, by phone and by email. BUT NO RESPONSE other than the letters demanding payment.
I resorted to printing off all emails sent and sending them with a letter via recorded delivery.
I finally got a response from them and it just stated that they had contacted me by email (even though they hadn't) and they cant deal with multiple appeals and then gave me the 24hr payment line details.
Im now in the process of writing another letter asking for a copy of the email they "supposedly" sent.
I dont want to pay a fine that shouldnt be a fine! What should i do?
Has anyone had any luck with actually getting through to these imbecile's
The NEWBIES thread tells you how to get this cancelled and PLAN A is not 'contacting the PPC'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OP, for reference, Sainsbury's CEO is Mr Mike Coupe and his email address is mike.coupe@sainsburys.co.uk.
(Note: I have recently been in correspondence with his office regarding something else, so I am sharing it here to help others.)3
