Euro Car Parks- POPLA appeal, please help!

The Beavis case- is it possible that mine could go that way?All the way to The Supreme Court?Do you recommend not bothering with POPLA?No.One more question (sorry!)- if it did go to court, I honestly would not be able to attend and represent myself due to anxiety. Would that be marked negatively against me on my credit file? If a judge asked me to pay, obviously I would pay immediately. You've answered your own question.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Coupon mad- that made me chuckle about keeping some in your handbag!! Right ok, I shall leave the POPLA appeal and await these nasty letters then.
Do ECP pay these debt recovery agencies to chase people? It seems like a huge waste of money if these agencies have no power to enforce...3 -
They pay nothing, it's no win no fee because idiots pay...and DRP then keep a chunk because they've inflated it to £160 (that is in fact more than a Judge would allow!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Me again with my paranoia/anxiety haha...
I’ve been reading through loads of ECP threads and I notice that it’s often said that ‘only an idiot ignores a PCN’. I mean, I’m ignoring it now by not appealing to POPLA- should I just go through the motions and submit a crap appeal to them (knowing it’ll get refused), but just so it looks like I’m ‘complying’, so to speak?

You have already been given good advice.
Keep reading and you may eventually find some guidance that matches exactly what you want to do.
Good luck.2 -

If you can detect that chink in their armour , then go for it , but detect it first2 -
