Thanks, will send it off and let you know if down the line they get back in touch at the overseas address1

November 2020 UPDATE:
I have come to hear that apparently, I received a letter at an old address that is from the Country court. Clearly BW Legal chose to ignore earlier correspondence stating that I have relocated overseas, and have proceeded with court proceedings. Desperate times for them indeed.
What should be my next correct route of action? I would assume I write a letter back to the county court (as well as a copy to BW legal) stating that:- I have been informed that I received a court letter regarding a dispute with BW Legal but I no longer reside in the UK
- BW Legal were informed of my overseas status and my overseas address in May 2020 (+ attach a copy of this)
- For the court's information, my overseas address is x, for any future correspondence please use this
Thanks!0 -

You need to inform the original PPC via their DPO of your new Address for service; you require them to ERASE your old data and insist that they inform ALL of their agents. You should also write to CCBC at Northampton (if indeed you have actually received an N1 form) and advise them of your new address.3

Neither of which will stop the ccbc issuing a default ccj when BW legal file it. Op has one route.
op - get a copy of the claim form sent to you. Photo. Easy. You can then contest jurisdiction which will cost you £100, via n244 form, however as you can prove they knew your new address fir service was... and they chose to instead serve on an addresss they KNEW wasn't "good", making their statement of truth a LIE , you will get the application accepted and your full costs INCLUDING time spent can be submitted . They have zero cost protection. You submit copies of proof of your notice of new address fir service at time of application

Is this the correct form?https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/732360/N244_web_0818.pdf0 -
Of course you want to get it struck out, because if you don't do it then you either
- defend, attending a court hearing
or
- live with a uk ccj fir 6 years
there is only one n244. By getting a copy the n1 claim form you have the ref number making it easier to file. You will need to serve a copy in BW legal,as well
you could also email them TODAY informing them that they've committed perjury by filing in an address the knew on xxxx date was no longer "good", and you suggest they TODAY discontinue the claim, before you're forced to file the n244 which will ultimately be at THEIR expense, AND you file a complaint at the SRA, a complaint to the ico etc.4 -

Is there any risk in my revealing an email address to the claimant, from the perspective of future claims processes?0 -
Is there any risk in my revealing an email address to the claimant, from the perspective of future claims processes?I'm not clear what your concern is?
Why not create a new disposable email address - Gmail or Hotmail - purely for the handling of this case, then when it's all over, let it drift into the ether? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
