Is there a usable email address for Virgin Media

I have an issue with Virgin. Trying to phone them I cannot get past their requirement for me to punch in a password of which I have no knowledge. I have tried to use their chat facility online but have waited around for 2 whole days for the right department to respond with no success. I found an email address but Iv'e had no reponse. How on earth can I contact them?

Virgin media don’t have an email address for enquires from customers.
You might find an email address for a Virgin Media CEO via Google but I doubt that will be answered.0 -
