All of the which to be a recognised and acceptable scale, north points, dimensions, etc... so ‘some’ professional support may be required.T3RRY said:
Hey wksd, wksd said:Ah thank you. Although do I need to get someone professional for the proposed plan?
No - you don't need a professional for the proposed plan. Just a sketch drawing with a floor plan view of the drive to be should do.
You will however need a professional to get the lowering of the kerb done and must have insurance. Your council will provide a list of preferred contracts with your approval.
It’s not a complicated process for somebody ‘professional’ or with experience to draw up. For the sake of appointing somebody and spending some money upfront could save you time and money in the long term.

This was my thought process, do you know where to look for one? When I google it is not helpful, so which type of professional do I need? Sorry, I know I sound extremely dim here.DOH.a said:

See if you can find any successful applications on your LA's planning portal. The plans [or other attachments] will say who created them.

Just search for “architect” and your area and see what comes up. It doesn’t mean you’d need an architect but a few results should bring up contact details for various similar roles, e.g. architectural technologist, architectural technician, architectural designer, etc...
As @troffasky mentioned above, search your LPA’s website for recently submitted or approved applications and see who put those drawings together.1
