What do people who understand the furlough scheme think will happen once the 12 week allowance is up? If we still cannot return to offices?

You will either go back to work somehow, be that at home or on reduced hours or shift patterns, or you will end up on UC. The country cant afford to be paying people 80% of their wages forever. Your company needs to be making the changes needed to get back open and working3 -
Nobody has a crystal ball for these things.
I work in a school and have much uncertainty as to what will happen going forward. It’s the same principle really, I have no control and will just have to go with it.... Suki is right we cannot keep furlough going forever and people are going to have to accept that we need to start getting back on track.0 -
No one can answer your continuous questions because we can't see into the future. As advised on your other thread, people have already started to return to work. You could be asked to return anytime.

Yes, we will but a bit ironic coming from someone who's been claiming universal credit from the government for a while!Mrsn said:Nobody has a crystal ball for these things.

What exactly do you sell? Obviously this will have an effect as some markets will take longer to pick up that others.0
