I found a uswitch offer from Virgin last night as the flat I'm moving to I know has Virgin installed and I need internet straight away for work.
Got an online deal £27 pound a month, 18 months (longer than I wanted really) no set up fee.
Ordered it all to be sent to my new flat.
Looked around after stupidly and found a better deal on another website £25 for 12 months (would be better as not sure how long I'll be at this new flat for) and also get a £50 amazon voucher which would be handy as need to buy a hoover.
I know its a small amount of difference but do you think I could phone up and ask them if I could have this deal/negotiate or do you think they will say no?

Nothing stopping you cancelling during the cooling off period and reordering, but considering Virgin's poor CS at the moment I doubt it would be worth the time and aggro.
