Combi boiler

Hiya....
So I have decided I am changing my system boiler to a combi boiler but i have some questions. I 100% want it out of the bedroom
Mid-terraced house (not enough room)
1.Does it matter what type of wall it is?
2. Can I move it into the downstairs wc? (Out of sight) has a toilet with window. The wall is wall against neighbours (being mid terraced house). Or could use the one against the kitchen.
2. Kitchen.....? Where.... do i need to take off top and bottom kitchen cabinets. Don't want to lose space.
Don't have garage. Loft has low ceiling.
Help!

Can go on either a solid brick/block wall or a stud wall, if it's a stud wall some Ply or similar will needed to be put in to take the weight of the boiler.
Yes it can go in the downstairs wc if there is just a toilet and basin. Is there an outside wall at all in there as you will need this to terminate the flue?
If it's in the kitchen the base unit on the floor can stay, you can also refit the unit around the boiler (as long as all the clearances are kept) but then it can't be used for storage anymore.
How low is low for the roof in the loft?1 -
Get 2 or 3 quotes and ask them!1

Thank you for all your responses.
So I am thinking the best option is the wc. Out of sight.
@Plumber90
There is an out side wall (toilet is against it with window on top). What is the flue?
Wc is rectangle shape- door opens on right basin (against kitchen wall) on left is window on outside wall with basin on bottom.
So when you open the door of wc you see the basin. I thinking the boiler should go on top of basin. Will i need to remove basin and move it?
Does it matter aboit the door? I could move it later.
Thank you0 -

Flue is where the fumes go & air is drawn in, this needs to go outside but there are rules with regard to distances to windows, boundaries etc, you do realise you will have 7 pipes coming out the bottom of the boiler so no I doubt it can go above the basin, you need to get some quotes as at the moment I don't think you have any idea how much this is going to cost you (no it's not gonna be cheap) & a combi has to comply with boiler+I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
@Le_Kirk Thank you.....so I'm assuming it that part outside the house that smoke comes out of?0

If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
I got one quote of £3000 that was online answering the questions @southcoastrgi
I will call on Monday to get someone down to see it.
Wc- Then my thoughts are i will move the basin as there is space beside the toilet. I can get a very small one.0
