OP said the old account is closed but has not said how it got closed. As I said, I tend to think it was through the full switch, in which case there is no problem as the money gets redirected. OP has not said when the switch was done. If it was more than 13 months ago. Pretty sure payments do not get moved over if never done before.colsten said:

CASS redirections are for a minimum of three years after switching before the 13-month limitation kicks in (whereby redirections cease after a 13 month period of no transactions being redirected).born_again said:
