woolworths in hexham have wii consoles in stock. i think the price was £215 but not sure if that was a bundle or not was in a bit of a rush. hope this helps someone.

Sorry dont know if anyone has mentioned this but I haven't time to check all the thread due to having my little girls poorly....Husband phoned me about 10 minutes ago and he has just bounght a Nintendo Wii From Great Bridge Asda...£179.97..He said they have quite a few in stock....Hope this helps...Dont laugh but he said it's the Wii Sports I think but I'm not an expert on these...:rotfl:

Bought one today in Woolies in Weston-Super-Mare. Had a few, but going fast. Aslo available in Weston's Gamestation and Game. All of them packages, but woolies best value at £219.99 (Wii + one game of your choice at £39.99)

just decided we, too "need" a wii - naively thought we could just go into any shop and get one now the xmas rush is over!

has anyone seen any in my part of the world - warrington, but willing to travel a little bit!

Woolies in Widnes had plenty on the shelf behind the music counter on Friday night at about 5.00pm, with signs stating "Wii now in Stock" all over the store. I don't know if this was a bundle or just a console - might be worth a phone call as it is not too far from Warrington.

Managed to get a wii from the big Asda by the Trafford Centre - when we asked how many they had, it was about 18. We saw one or two other people buying them, but they are not in a big obvious display, just had to queue upstairs by the electrical department. It was £179.99 with sports. Result!
