In Gloucester yesterday, HMV have a sign by the door:

Wii plus three games plus 1gb memory card £275.00

Also the Games shop had a sign saying they had stock.

seems i was lucky, and i'll take this opportunity to commend Play.com for their speedy response. I ordered one on Monday night and it arrived by courier thursday morning at 7am!

To defend the much-maligned zavvi, I ordered Mario & Sonic at the Olympics on Wednesday night for £33 and that arrived Friday morning, as did the Wii remote and nunchuk from gamestation (£42 together).

All in all, excellent service from all 3 companies

Dixons have stock online at the moment. They are bundles though with the cheapest being £259.99.

That's strange, I ordered one on the 9th when they only had a few left and my mate ordered one two hours later. My game arrived on the 11th my mate will not get his until the new stock comes in on the 21st. Give Zavvi a ring and they will confirm they have had no Mario & Sonic games in stock since the 9th.

I have found the post I made after I ordered and everybody has been put on back order.

Got one at HMV in Workington this morning. They are only selling them in bundles for £300 (console, accessories set & any 3 games) They didn't have any accessory sets left so we could chose any accessory worth up to £19.99 to go with it. HTH someone
