They don't even list a telephone no. to phone their very poor customer service anymore so I have cancelled.:mad:

Choicesuk.co.uk show this as £31-99 and available from 21/01/08 so at least they are being honest and if you find it earlier then you can cancel it.:T

I couldn't agree more its like any business with a poor reputation changing the name isn't enough to change the way the business is run or restore customer confidence it just catches out those who didn't know it had changed its name.

There are countless posts regarding Virgin megastore now Zavvi's customer service or ordering things that appear in stock.

I gave them another try only to be let down I will NEVER bother again.:p

I've play this...its a really good game for multi players.....really really hard work tho, esp the 400m swimming!
