already spotted on the wii thread
Lots of us don't bother with the Wii thread, or the Tesco thread, or the Argos "child board" so it's good to get news in ordinary postings. :p

I'm still trying to get hold of one too. I am in Portsmouth. With the ones in Woolworths I guess they don't even get out to the shelves, right? You have to ask at the right time?

I can't seem to find anywhere that has them in stock online.

Anyone got any more ideas where to get one?

Woolworths do make it on to the shelf but you have to be quick. I phoned 9 different branches (4 near me in North/West Yorkshire & 5 near my sis in Birmingham - desperate or what!) of Woolies last Thursday and the last branch had one left. The kindly agreed to hold it to the end of the day for me to collect. Well My sis went as it was in Brum and they had kept it but did tell her that they had some Women offering to pay extra if they sold it to her! Thankfully for me the staff said no but would phone her at the end of the day if I didn't turn up to collect it.

A few of the stores told me that they get deliveries everyday and 2 main dels a week so just to keep phoning them 1st thing in morning when they get del note to see if they get anymore consoles. So I guess its worth you trying that. It is however in a bundle deal for 214.98 this includes a chart game of your choice upto 34.99. Can pay the diff if game you want costs more.
  • I was on a college course when I got the email on my phone from this thread about play.com. I dashed down to the library in my break, and the wii kept jumping out my basket when I tried to check out! I called them and they said there were still some left, but some people were having this problem. By the time I got home to my trusty PC (and Mac too if necessary!) they were all gone! :(
Oh well, may be I'll be lucky next time!

    Might try Woolies though.
  • Just bought Wii + Super Paper Mario on Amazon for £29.99!
All gone in a couple of minutes (unsurprisingly)
Definite misprice but you've got to be in it to win it! Fingers crossed!

Was this directly from Amazon or an Amazon Marketplace seller?
