Open the box, cut off the two pin plug, fit a proper UK plug and your laughing.
The packaging and instructions are in English and the warranty is valid with Nintendo UK.

    WRONG
The warranty was valid with Nintendo UK... right up until the point you cut off then two pin plug, at that time you invalided the warranty:rolleyes:

Nope - that doesnt invalidate the warranty unless you damage the console by doing it.

I know someone who returned a Wii with a manually fitted UK plug without issue for warranty repair (didnt read disks).

Has anyone noticed that Amazon have a Wii bundle with Super Paper Mario for £160? It's being sold by one of the marketplace sellers. It could be a bargain if it's not a pricing mistake.

I noticed this, this morning and i was very tempted until i looked a little closer, and realised the market place seller is a new just registered seller. I know everyone has to start somewhere, i'd rather wait till Amazon have more stock to sell.

How can anyone sell for that price? other people must think like me as this has been listed for at least 4 hours now, with no buyers.

I'm still looking for one. And getting fed up with it. I only want the basic package though. :o

Also... the Amazon £160 marketplace one is not working ATM. I tried adding it to my basket but it comes up with an error and says that the maximum number you can add is Zero. - Definitely something fishy with that one.

I've just tried & it's gone in my basket..perhaps you might try again.

I'd be very wary though...new seller selling well under RRP. I don't see how this can be done. If you really do want to risk it, make sure you pay by Credit Card so you will have some protection.
