Cutting the plug off is classed as a modification and grounds for potential dispute of the warranty, best to stick to adaptors.

    ADVERTISING

This site is free from advertising. Posts on any board considered to be advertising goods, services and/or companies will be removed.

Examples of this can include anything from a specific sales post or a link to your own website in which you attempt to sell something to someone offering their holiday home to forum members. Unfortunately we cannot allow any advertising of any description no matter how honourable the intention.

There's been some cases on the forum recently of people being eager to help people get bargains they had managed to buy and were happy to sell at cost price. It seems multiple people were asked to pay by paypal, and no goods were ever sent.

Even though people may appear to have good intentions, they may just be after your money. Afterall, that's how scams work.

who the f do you think you are? Is this your board? If it is then fair enough, if it isn't then flop off and get a life! That user was trying to help someone get a Wii at COST price, check the name of the forum you dooufus!

You check the rules, people have been warned by MODS any more advertising of their spare Wii's will be removed and possibly the whole thread removed, how many people will that help when it's closed and will give no-one stock up dates.

I have a life also thank you, a very successful one at that, It isn't my board as you know but I don't see why people who ignore the rules should ruin it for others.

P.S. Is this your board ?, who are you to go along with breaking rules that the majority have to follow.

Depends how much you can afford. It is getting closer to the big day so desperate times and all that, it isn't cheap but they have set the price for the current demand.

Just checked this morning and GAME are only giving £125 for trade in Wii's which is a meesly sum, so ebay is the way for second hand ones.(as a seller).

I doubt much will go wrong with the Wii's , so old ones would be just as good.

I still think a 1 day auction Thursday or Friday with Collection or Special Delivery will see prices increase.
