No luck im afraid whenhey I checked but its worth it to keep trying just in case they are taking time to update their stock.

This is the email that was sent to the bloke on Hotukdeals.

Thank you for your recent enquiry on argos.co.uk

You recently enquired about a Nintendo Wii Play and Remote., Cat No. 568/3587, on the Argos web site, which was out of stock.

We have just received further stock of this item.

If you would still like to order, please click on the link below as soon as possible as stock may be extremely limited on some products and we cannot guarantee availability.

Not sure about the games..a choice between golden compass & shrek 111, depends on your children I suppose.

Just to say, the standard package comes with a nunchuk & remote with wrist band..is the one you are looking at providing an extra one?

Is the gift voucher a game one? (or definately a different store..game insane?)

If Game, that may be the better option as you could buy another game with the voucher.
  • Okay, I thinkI may have tracked them down.

If I'm right, First seller looks better. Neither have high feedback & neither can offer you full seller protection through ebay, but if you're collecting, that won't matter to you. Neither have sold wii's, but the first does have selling feedback.

However, the second has low feedback & no selling experience. If I was buying via post, I wouldn't risk this..but a lot of bidders would feel the same way & you would perhaps have less competition here. If they're not too far from you, perhaps you could send them a message & ask if you can have a look before bidding. Their response to this should be a great help even if you don't follow through.

It doesn't look as if you're getting an extra nunchuck & wrist strap on this one by the way..just the ones that are provided in your standard package.

Insane gameslooks to be different by the way. When I googled, I found a website..but page couldn't be displayed??? Perhaps you could asq the seller about this too.

Wow, thanks for your help. I have mailed to ask about the voucher as I coulnt find the shop but have not heard back.

I just picked them as I could pay cash and collect as I am worried about spending that much money on ebay and I didnt want things to go pear shaped xmas day.

Kids 5,6 and 8 regarding the differnet games offered.

    Thanks again.

holiday-shipment-msg._V5411430_.gifThese items will arrive after 25 Dec 2007. Items dispatching soon:
    arrow_subordinate._V45449259_.gif Delivery estimate: 8 Dec 2007 - 27 Dec 2007

    Anyone else getting the same?

As it turns out, the Wii was delivered on Friday morning, about 36 hours after I ordered it from Amazon! I'm very pleased, it even came with an unexpected game, Billy The Wizard!
