I spoke to CS last month after having the same problem. I'd placed 2 separate orders for 2 consoles in each order. He tried different cards with the same result, payment declined.
It appeared initially that the payments had been authorised, only for the orders to show later that payment was rejected. After speaking to a superior, he concluded that it might be due to the number of consoles I was trying to order. One order was cancelled and, hey presto, the payment for the other order was authorised!!0 -
I just ordered a bundle from Gamestation using a link from http://www.wii-consoles.co.uk/wii_console_realtime.asp Anyone know if I actually have one or if they are out of stock? It says my order is processing but I have a funny feeling it really isn't...
Thanks alot0 -
You may well be right..it's just that I had a similar problem after I had used a newish card. I simply changed the card, but the card provider rang me next day because they suspected fraudulent activity.
If she doesn't get an all clear email shortly, then I think she should then do as you suggest & delete one. I just thought it may be an idea to hang on for a little while before deleting, as that may not have been the problem.
It's unfortunate really they don't tell you what the problem is, that would make life al little simpler & help alleviate the panic.0 -

If it says processing it should be okay. Gamestation have been pretty reliable I think.0 -
thanks by the way to all who have been putting the 'in stock' alerts on here. i've been trying for weeks to get one using the stock alerts, but not actually getting anywhere. this site has become addictive, and has actually paid off for me. i'm just wondering 'who' to let down if i don't get all 4 - but saying that, at least i tried...
If you get the chance to buy again, set up another account in another name, says hubby, boyfriens etc, use a different e-mail address and a different card. That way you can get more. I was lucky as hubby already had his own account and all his details were different.0 -

i've still not had a response from amazon. before, the email was received quite soon after i changed the details. am i able to delete 1 wii without losing the other 3? if i do, i'll let you all know - there may be another wii on amazon shortly...0 -

If they are listed separtely and it says do you need to cancel beside each one, it would be ok, if not I would leave it alone0 -

Usually if you use free delivery it says that. People pay the £2+ to change to first class. Lately they have arrived in 2 days from ordering this way. Weel worth it0
