As far as I'm aware you can't use the wiimote to control wii gamecube games you must use a gamecube controller which plugs into the wii. Someone else may correct me if I'm wrong.

My OH has had the gamecube for a good couple of years and 'migrated' to the Wii through the summer. He and the children play the gamecube games on the wii but use the old controllers not the wiimotes (not looked but the cost of 'old' controllers should be fairly reasonable). In fact the only wii games we have at present are (obviously) sport, Play and Wario smoothmoves-most games played are the gamecube ones and they are still accessible (Zelda, FIFA, Animal Crossing etc) -OH has ready to play the wii Mario Galaxy at Christmas BUT I've had to hide it away I don't play 'games' often but even I enjoy the thrill of 'missing' a baseball ball !!!:p

I was one of the ones who got a one from Amazon last night and as advised did the one click thing. I was not sure if I had got one though, but the confirmation email came late last night and at lunch time I received another email telling me it has been dispatched and is coming by Parcel Force with a tracking number.

I am well pleased and consider myself very lucky as that was the first time I had tried to get a one so a hugh thank you to everyone who showed me how to do it and good luck to those of you who are still trying.

If I should hear of any I will be sure to let you know.

Its debatable whether they've actually got any though. Some people on here have phoned them and they've said they aint got none. Good way to get people to sign up for accounts though, eh?
