Find a friend, friend of a friend or long lost family member who works at Argos. The WIIs get delivered often late in the afternoon, often only in threes and the staff can reserve them straight away.....my son has already got them for two friends......its obviously who you know!!!!!

i bought a package from argos, family friend wanted the wii, and we the games.

turned out they dont want the wii now, games were - red steel, big brain and GT pro series.

I think the red steel is well out of place in this package as its over 16.

We bought it for our 4 yr old.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but apparently the stores have only been able to do this from today. I went into my local store as I had to get a Sony W580i. I have also been trying to get hold of a Nintendo Wii so this hit both presents with a single store!! Popped into my local Carphone Warehouse and this is what I got...

I got the W580i on Orange paying £35 for 18 months. I'll get 500 minutes and unlimited texts for myself but I'll give the W580i as a xmas pressie. But I will also get (guarenteed before Christmas) a Nintendo Wii with the Wii sports game!! Not sure how long this offer is on for as they weren't either. But I would say this is a mega bargain for me anyways!!

I'm not usally the sort of person to post these deals but I figured this should help a couple of you out there!!
