    take 10 days..

was thinking, not claim FVF credit. Small claims court.

Got print outs of emails, address, need to run it through electrol register to confirm over 18..

    and away we go.. :)
    Erm...overkill perhaps?

Small claims will take longer than 10 days and you'll be out of pocket for the court fees in the mean time - court probably wouldn't be too impressed by you not using eBay's procedures first, it's meant to be a last resort not a trigger-happy sue everyone that annoys you.

File an unpaid item dispute, do it as a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction and it'll all go through quickly if the buyer cooperates (the least he could do) you'll get your FVF back and be able to re-list for free.

All you lose then is a little time, but a lot less time than putting it through small claims! :)

You're lucky..they told you. I had a NPB no contact at all for a week..then because they knew I was about to NPB & relist, they started to make excuses & promises to pay...nothing, so am now in the NPB process..all in all I'd say it will take about a month.

    Thanks for the PM Hes..

Thinking of doing it if i can get the information tomorrow. Just requested contact information, and managed to get a landline number.

Shall drop them a telephone call tomorrow and ask how they want to pay for the item.

Meanwhile, ive relisted it on eBay.

    Nothing ventured, nothing gained.. :)

  • Thanks for the PM :)

Argos Festival Park and Uttoxeter (both Staffordshire) Both have the remote available to reserve for store pick up. Not as good a deal as Wii play but if you just need extra controller for £29.99 - better than ebay!
Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310
    June £232.66, May £310.36, April £310.19, March £287.32, February £250.18, January £257.24
    Swagbucks in 2015 £65/£150
  • Gamestation Northfield have been reciving wiis and DSs in.. deliverys mon-sat bout 11ish
but conisidering its been Tuesdays they have been tending to arrive.. and in bunches of 40 - 70 ish

please only genuine people who wish to keep the wii and play it with their family
