Yes, I've used Teamviewer on a PC, hadn't thought of it for Android. Great idea if it works well. I'll investigate.Many thanks.0

For completeness...Granny has now had her Tab A 10.1 with a 6Gb Giff Gaff Sim at £10 pm for about 10 days. I wrote out a bit of a 'user manual' and installed Team Viewer for remote assistance/support. We've managed a few Whatsapp video calls and normal phone calls + messaging with photos. Granny is slowly gaining confidence and is exploring Play music, BBC iplayer and youtube. The 4G sim seems to be quite adequate even if some of the players do stutter occasionally.Considering she's got no one to show her how to use the tablet she's doing OK. I'm going to call it a success.A final thanks for all the advice.4
