Vodafone Broadband less than half speed promised, can I leave without fees?

So for sometime now, Vodafone's Superfast 2 package, we were getting speeds 63mbps and above, great, then it kept dropping to 53mbps, acceptable, plus we were getting 15% discount.  Now since lockdown the speed is 36.5mbps and now the service drops out completely.  Vodafone tech team blame BT Open Reach and say it could be 2 months before it is resolved.  So as this is near unworkable, do I have the right to cancel my contract before April 2021, without loads of fees?

Aren't we all having to make allowances regarding broadband speeds during this lockdown as usage is at it's peak & speeds are going to suffer?  I;d think it highly unlikely that you could cancel without fees as speeds given at sign up tend to me estimates & not guaranteed & you've been given a 15% discount for something that is out of everybody's control & will be resolved as the world gets back to normal.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Its down to the ISP check their t&C as it may be a 90day get out .
You don't have a right you agree a cancellation with the ISP .

Be aware that moving ISP may not solve your speed problem and as Open Reach are on lockdown you could be without service .

Whilst Openreach is only offering a reduced service it is evidently not on "lockdown". If it was on "lockdown" it would not be working on its network at all.
