But it will be close as its still at 50/50 So all will have to wait until the vote has ended and if the Question has more votes than the Question?

To try and answer the question I think your best bet is to open a Coventry passbook account which pays 0.25%
this Compares well with for example the Nationwide passbook accounts which pays 0.01 to 0.05% depending on balance0 -
