Hi, In 6 weeks I had enforced holiday for 1 wk, worked for 2 wks and furloughed for next 3 wks. Can I claim furlough for 4 wks? Thanks

3 weeks was the minimum period. Are you furloughed now? If so then yes you can stay furloughed for a 4th week if your employer wants you to be.

I am confused. In their other thread, the OP was unsure whether they could take furlough. As Director of their own Ltd co. It seems odd they now talk about enforced holiday. They would have to enforce the holiday on themselves0

I'm not sure if the OP means can they not use their holiday and instead have it as furlough. In short no - furlough has to be for a minimum of three weeks with no working, so the two weeks work means the week before can't be included in the furlough.

1wk holiday, 2wks work, currently furloughed for 3wks until 18 May.0

Ah in that case then no as they have worked. I thought they meant can they carry on being furloughed.

I work as contractor (PSC) so Director of my Ltd Co with PAYE...so I can claim for 3 wks only. I don't get paid if I don't work...so was seeking clarification to include the 1st wk as well. Thanks (1st wk NO work+2 wks work+3wks NO work = can I claim for 4 Wks)0

No as it is 3 weeks minimum of no work you did 1 week no work then 2 weeks work.

But now the 3 weeks no work is met, furlough cab be any period0

Moving forward - if after 3wks NO work+1wk work + 2 wks NO work = 5wks Claim? (same employer)
As this is not in my control, I'd like to know what best works for me. Thanks0 -

It looks to me that you don;t actually need to be claiming the CJRS as you have work.0
