Of course that won't help the OP have another advance payment.
Other than stating the obvious, are you inferring that other suggestions are inappropriate?

No, that's not what i said!

I saw in this link a discretionary advance is available in the case of change in circumstances. I also read that UC can deduct £122 per month and they currently deduct £86 per month. So I should have £36*12 available as a discretionary advance if approved

As you're still repaying a previous one then even with a change of circumstances you won't be able to have another. You haven't answered the questions, why are you waiting for so long for your wages from your employer?

I started work at my new employer on Thursday 7th May. I’m currently in a training period which is non paid. After my first two weeks are over. I will start being paid for my work. My salary will be paid out on the first week of June.

I am repaying a first claim advance and a budgeting advance but I read online that you can receive another advance know as a discretionary advance if you have a change in circumstances.

thank you for your response poppy. Have you had a look at the site I’m referring to uceplus and if you search coadvance

    "No results found for Coadvance."

Also, a little life tip: if you read something on one site and cannot find it confirmed anywhere else, chances are that one site had it wrong.

Claimants can request an Advance when they report a change of circumstances which results in a significant increase in their Universal Credit entitlement. A claimant must (due to financial need) be unable to manage until their next scheduled payment of Universal Credit to be eligible for a Change of Circumstances Advance.

Does your change in circumstances fit this requirement?

    Note also

The maximum amount of the Advance is 50% of the increase to the claimant’s Universal Credit estimated amount.

This means that the amount you might get, even if approved, is likely to be fairly modest (although I understand every little bit helps).

The advice on uceplus saying the advance can be repaid over 12 months appears to be incorrect. The official paper referenced above says:

Claimants must be informed that they have 6 months to repay the Advance (the maximum period).
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

It would be a Change of Circumstances advance and if you are already paying an advance(s) off, highly unlikley you would get one.

Well, I suppose the only way for them to find out for absolute certainty is to phone up and apply. And it would be helpful if they let us know the outcome for future people who might be in a similar situation.
