I picked Zelda & the brain training, only problem is I still have a tesco order for the console due to arrive tonight (prays it isnt in stock) but I think they have taken the money out of my bank already lol whoops, bank wont increase my overdraft either :mad: un oh I may be in deep deep do do hehe

After seeing a few posts on here that people have ordered the consoles through Tesco Grocery, I ordered a Black DS Lite and booked a delivery slot for yesterday evening.

The delivery did not arrive and there was no correspondence from Tesco. After taking time out to call cutomer services it turns out that these products cannot be ordered online through grocery and are only availble in store.

Extremely poor customer service I think!!! A few dissatisfied words later and they have credited me with a £5 voucher.

Please avoid making the same mistake as I did.

Guys are you having problem with Tesco delivering goods?
I placed order for Nintendo Ds, they took money and I got a confirmation that it was in stock. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, but hasn't arrived yet. Several emails and a phone call later no sign of it!
Emails haven’t been answered for last two days (except for standard auto response), and Customer Services rep promised to get back yesterday, but hasn’t phoned back.

From other forums I gather that tesco.com and tesco Direct are having some problems in delivering goods, and orders have been cancelled without notice. Am I amongst a few unfortunate ones or is this problem widespread?

I have had exactly the same problem with Tesco.

Sent an email of complaint but haven't heard anything back yet.

Also - still waiting for the one I ordered from Virgin!! They are just as bad!

Thats a lie. The website didn't say it was unavailable. It said 'In Stock - dispatched within 24 hours'.

Same problems with Tesco groceries here too. Allowing you to buy it and book delivery. I got a phone call about 30 mins before the delivery was supposed to arrive saying that they had no stock :mad:

I called Tesco customer services re my order..spoke to a real nice lady who said she would called my local store and ask them what is happening as she has the ds lite's as out of stock..

She called me back and yep not in stock, she claims the .com manager at the store has 'loads' of people to call to advise.

Thankfully on this occasion I was very happy so order cancelled and no money taken out..phew very relieved

Just keeping fingers crossed for gamestations order to arrive now

Just tried dixons there is one on there for £109 with brain training - dont know if my order will be fulfilled.
