I ordered a silver one from Play on sunday through the links posted here. Said processing for ages then my partner got me one yesterday morning in Game. This suited me better as leaving the country at the weekend and so needed it by then.
I rang Play yesterday evening to cancel order (as no option online to do this) but was told it was too late as processing had gone too far. Then at midnight it was showing posted. Managed to get someone in work to buy it when it arrives so thought thats great. I then noticed on here everyone talking about tracking numbers and realised I still never received an email from Play even by tonight to confirm postage.

I just rang them to find out about a tracking number and was told it hasn't been posted!!!!! Although showing on my Play account as posted on the 16th (which is a lie it was the 18th!) . I have been advised that the money has been refunded to my bank account (although not yet taken from my account?)

Basically after my long rant, I wouldn't trust Play. I'm ok though I have one but now need to advise work colleague I don't have one for her and that it wouldn't have got here at this rate anyway! Good luck toeveryone!

if you still dont have one id say just keep watching amazon, but remember you may have to pay more for first class or express delivery to get it in time for xmas.

I have just ordered this for a friend with 2 games.

Say delivery by 24th Dec& that's with express delivery.

It said 1 in stock about 45mins ago & I have order 1 since - I think they must have a delivery due in.

The white are showing over 1000 again, thats twice this evening, but then they disappear suddenly.

I cant believe I looked all over for a white one and now they are selling 1000's, I hope the silver is nicer as I have that now but I dont know what its like!

Has anyone seen both, is silver nicer?

Just got a black one on Amazon with More Brainstraining using the coe DSLGAME9 got about £6 off. Total cost incl express delivery £118. Should be delivered on the 22nd.

Thats me sorting out my own Christmas Present on behalf of my DH. Sad really. Great to have help from fellow MSE'ers
