Never used amazon before, just got a conformation email to be delivered thu/fri this week so does this mean i have bought one? or is the status likely to change in any way?

Hopefully everyones managed to get one now if not I have a reservation for a Black Ds Bundle (£149.99) at Argos in Bromborough on the Wirral till Saturday 22nd which I now thanks to Amazon no longer need.
