No it just gives generic options (Bank account details etc). I’ve asked someone to print off the form and post it to me. The transfer is from Nationwide who are backlogged anyway!badger09 said:
I think d63 might have the correct answer.MDMD said:
There’s no message but that might be it. Can you remember where it was?d63 said:is there a message like "You need to renew your ISA declaration for this account."? i wasn't able transfer into an old double-take i5 last month until i clicked the "renew now" box and then the transfer in option appeared. i was a little dubious about doing this at first since it looked like i might be committing to pay fresh money into the account, but that wasn't necessary.I can’t find any way of doing it online other than this postal form but I don’t have a printer.

What happens if you click on 'Pay Money In'?
Does that give you either the option to renew ISA declaration, or transfer another ISA in?
thanks everyone for assisting though.1 -
Idk what their policy is, but, whilst I'm aware they are still honouring rates & access to older accounts (I'm in process transferring into DT isa iss 11) they may be no longer accepting deposits to dbl take iss 7.
I can't see where it tells you this - in fact I had to ring to confirm I could get the iss 11 rate for the transfer.

Turns out that this was just a system issue, and after a bit of back and forth they managed to re-enable the transfer option.
