Ryanair MCOL Money Claim

Options
Hello like most people I have consistently told to accept voucher or wait an indefinite period up to 1 year to receive a refund.
I have screen shots from numerous chats. I have started a charge back but though that I would also try a MCOL Money Claim. They have acknowledged the claim and dispute it in its entirity. I have tried on chat to Compromise I would consider a partial refund if they commit to it going in by a certain date, they refused.

I have started a Money Claim they are defending. Did I initiate action too soon? What do people think will be the result of this money claim?

I have written a letter to head office I will post tomorrow and I also will email them tomorrow to continue to try and get a refund. I was told to call the number but it costs money, a manager refuses to call me back.

What do you think will happen with the money claim they have 28 days to have an official position. Thanks

I think you should urgently review their conditions, as I seem to recall they make it clear that legal action can only be taken against them in the Irish Courts for EU261 claims and this view was upheld by the European Court of Justice. They are therefore likely to say the claim is invalid

Hello, I havent been on here for a while. I sued Ryanair using Moneyclaimonline and won by default. I was paid about a week later so it all worked out. I sent the claim to London Stansted address.
