Just been reading some of the complaints. It is amazing the essential items people are buying -e.g hot tubs, mirrors, garden chairs, garden pots, water features4

I know your gripe is with The Range as the retailer, but do you know why DHL initally said they'd picked it up and then said they hadn't?

DHL haven’t been much better. They don’t reply to email queries and when I rang I was told that of the thousands of items received by them they are all scanned on pallets and they can get it wrong. I said that didn’t make sense cos if my item wasn’t there how was my ref scanned? The response to that was they didn’t have it contact the Range.0

When did consumer rights start to apply for essential items only?sheramber said:Just been reading some of the complaints. It is amazing the essential items people are buying -e.g hot tubs, mirrors, garden chairs, garden pots, water features

I think the point is that since complaints such as the OP has are almost solely down to the Pandemic it might be wiser to hold off buying non-essentials while the current situation persists..ThumbRemote said:

They obviously aren't only limited to essential items, but it's quite obvious Due to staffing issues (stores closed) it's gonna take a lot longer for things to be resolved.Website will be being slammed and they lost all the staff from stores who would of dealt with a lot of online returns in branch I imagine0
