    Thanks poppy/ gallowglass 😼
I do know about that poppy. You have given me good advice that I made about LCW a while back . I should have explained a bit more . The reason it seems that I potentially won the appeal , appears to be that my appointment at tribunal got cancelled and the decision was made without me having to attend due to the outbreak etc .
I do have to be reassessed  sometime next year , and I am waiting to hear if DWP accept the judges decision .

Galloglass ; thanks for that .
I am a leaseholder who owns my own flat . It's a very grey area indeed . The job coach at universal credit has forwarded it to the decision makers a good few weeks back .
I purchased the flat mortgage free , so apart from universal credit ( and potential LCW award for a year), I haven't needed any further assistance from universal credit etc
The work related coach at seetec pluss doesn't think I'll be given any help .
I hope that clarifies things 😼..

Just to clarify, if you're awarded LCW you won't get any extra. If you're awarded LCWRA that's when you get the extra element :)

    I'm confused now @Spoonie_Turtle. 🙀
I have been awarded LCW  . Haven't been paid anything just yet. I do expect something ..
I don't know how much to expect . Also I was under the impression that there may be a little bit of backpay from when my appeal started etc.
I haven't been paid LCWRA . I do understand it's one or the other .
On the letter from the tribunal it says that I have been awarded LCW .
The gvt love to complicate things ...

You don't get any extra money for being found to have LCW. It simply means that you are no longer expected to look for work.
You only get extra money if you are found to have LCWRA.

Thanks for the bad news calcotti
Interesting question now : Why do I have to go on a work related activity group if I have now been awarded LCW?
The work related group is a programme that is trying to get me into work. It's a programme that's devised where normally I would be looking for work and have monthly meetings with the coach at seetec pluss . That seems a waste of time .
Obviously in the current climate it's impossible ..

It means that they accept you cannot work at the moment but may be able to in the future and the 'work related activity' is supposed to help prepare you for that possible future transition back into work. In practice it doesn't involve much.
