TUI Refund

On the main TUI thread there is a recurring pattern that those who had bookings for March have been struggling to get their money back yet those travelling later seem to be doing better at getting theirs...axl77 said:You are very lucky. After several attempts I got through to TUI. 1st time refund promised then an email to contact refunds team (again). 2nd time TUI said he had no clearance to authorise refunds for that date and would pass up to his line manager. Of course still no refund. Delaying tactics. I have also completed the on line form (remember they only want the surname of the lead passenger). Still nothing. Holiday now passed by nearly 3 months and TUI still have my money. Disgraceful and 'date order' seems to be irrelevant.
