Expedia Unreachable

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help please. I have return flights booked with Aeroflot from Paris to Tokyo, departing Monday. These were booked via Expedia. However, Aeroflot cancelled these flights a few weeks ago, as expected. Expedia have now updated my itinerary and advised I have airline credits. I have been trying to get in contact with Expedia to request a cash refund as I don't want airline credits. The phone number which I have been using (020 3788 0445) doesn't give an option to speak to an operator and when I put my reference number in when requested, I'm told by a machine that the flight is cancelled and that's it, I can't continue to speak to someone. I have tried to by pass the reference number or go through different options and they are all automatic responses. Does anyone have a number that I can use to speak to an operator please?

You may be better moving to the special Coronavirus Travel Board and searching/looking though some of the existing Expedia threads. Someone might have disclosed a way to reach Expedia. We booked a package holiday with Jetline Holidays which was due to start on Wed 13th. Last week they rang to offer either a voucher or credit note but we refused and said we wanted full cash refund. They said this wasn’t an option. We sent a long email explaining our rights which they have never answered. Nobody has called which they said they would 7 days before the date we were due to go so sent another email yesterday and again no response. You cannot speak to anybody just a recorded message. Looking on Trustpilot it seems everybody is in the same boat. Disgraceful company. Never, ever book a holiday with them! Not sure what we do now!0
