A Newbie needs helps getting a ISA

I want to have a ISA for myself , invest 5-10 years or more and get a return , paying in around 100-200 a month.  What would be a good isa to use or one were if I access the money in a emergency.

Generally it's best to run an easy access cash savings account for the emergency pot and S&S ISA for the money not required until 5+ years time. It's not that S&S ISAs are not easy access but you wouldn't want to have to withdraw the money while the stock market is down. Build the emergency pot first perhaps starting by looking at high interest rate regular saver accounts without early access penalties.
Also ensure you are making the most of your pension and/or Lifetime ISA options.
