OP - then you need to PAY Trust online to check to see if you have a CCJ. You need to be sure. NEwlyn can be both debt collectors AND bailiffs, so you need to know in which capacity theyre operating in.

I see that makes sense now, I thought they had to be one or the other. In that case I'm 99% sure they're debt collectors, else in 3 years they would've done a lot more  if they could've!

OK I've done a CCJ check and it's showing up as I got 5 CCJs against my name, all from the period where I got kicked out my house! But I didn't see a CCJ relating to this 365 pound fine. These judgements are not very specific, how can I know which one Is for what? And if I haven't got a judgment against me for that specific 365 pound fine, I'm all OK I guess?

How do you know it doesnt relate to that INVOICE for £365? have you got PCN num bers and xref them all?

To find out what is what, you would need to ring up the CCBC. They will have a copy of the claim forms on file, for each one, and you can get he details from them.

Why not just email a SAR to UKCPM if they are the alleged creditor?
The NEWBIES thread shows you a SAR.

And if UKCPM held an old address for you, also tell their DPO to erase it immediately and use your current address.

Yeah I'll try see what they are, thanks for the info guys! Also there's charging orders on my property for these CCJs, does that mean it's over for now until I sell or remortgage and I shouldn't expect bailiffs?

I think if these are not parking charge CCJs we aren't the best people to ask about charging orders.

If these are not parking charges why are we involved?
