Credit Card Fraud

Well if you are suggesting a SAR. You need to know who's account you want the details from. As these transactions are not showing in OP's google account (at least they have not said they are, only on their card details) then for a SAR to get any info, you need fraudsters account details (email in googles case)brianposter said:
Could you clarify what this means.Life in the slow lane0 -
I fail to see why you need any account details. The OP simply supplies his name and address.

As these were "in-app" purchases, presumably they were for intangible things anyway, which cost the supplier nothing, so has anyone actually lost any money?

And what do you think they will get back?brianposter said:

Will not get anything in relation to the fraud. As the only OP details the fraudster have used are the 16 digit card number....Life in the slow lane0 -
I was under the impression that when one used a credit card online you were expected to provide a name and address which are, to some extent, checked. Presumably I am wrong ?born_again said:And what do you think they will get back?
