    The carers allowance will continue for 4 weeks once the PIP has ended. 
    Really?

    The Carers can be backdated for 3 months so if your PIP is not re-instated you can still backdate the Carers or if your PIP is awarded within 3 months ask for the double SDP's to be put back into payment, if after 3 months no decision then you need to make a difficult decision wait and hope you can get PIP at tribunal or claim and backdate a double Carers Allowance claim.

    The reason i advised that was because the OP put absolutely no information the first time they posted the question, they then edited the question BUT by that time i had already given some advice based on virtually no information. If you read through the thread you will see that i wasn't the only person to realise that the comment had indeed been edited to add more info. I will edit my comment on remove that part.
