"The first 3 tickets arrived about 5 days after the first 3 offences. Presumably they then put a hold on sending anymore as they didn't want to scare me into not paying them. I waited as long as I could and dragged my feet where possible, before managing to have the 3 charges reduced, which I paid at the start of April."

so what did you say to them to get it reduced? any mention of the driver? this is inportant so please explain fully

    Ralph B)

Hi Ralph. They sent them to an address obtained by the DVLA that I didn't have access to but usually do (family member/household owner in hospital) so didn't see the letters for the first time until a few months after they'd been initially sent.

They agreed to reissue the charges so I could pay the discounted rate when I provided them with a new address and updated my license address with DVLA. I had no excuse or reason to appeal as they had me dead to rights.

I didn't mention I was the driver at all - just that I hadn't seen the charges until well after they were first issued.

It is not your licence from where the address is taken but the V5C (the so-called log book)  Is that up-to-date?

Oh right. That makes a lot more sense - thanks. For the record I do have access to the original address again now, but I will get the V5C document updated to my new home address.

Can I clarify.  These outstanding PCNs, are you at POPLA stage?

If this is first appeal (not POPLA yet) just put in an appeal online for each one, as keeper, that points out that they have failed to meet the POFA deadline and the signage at the location is woeful, and this is your appeal as keeper, and the driver will not be divulged.  And that your current address for service is xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx so can they erase the old address immediately and replace it with the actual address which you are in the process of updating with the DVLA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks very much for your reply. I have done exactly that and am awaiting a response from ParkingEye for each one.
