TNC making me pay my fine which I have already paid half just after lockdown

I have recent paid £85 to TNC on March during the covid 19 has already started and lockdown, today I get a phone call from TNC telling to pay the remaining £85 which I don't have, I tried explaining im short without they decided to tell me my fine will increase if I don't pay today.
What do I do about this as I have no money to pay them in full.???
