Just an update, after doing my AoS and asking D/C/B/L for their client's legal authority to add £70 to each ticket, I got told that it was contractual and that they would plead their case at the hearing blah blah blah.
Great news they cancelled
DCBL are miles behind the times and reality. "They will plead their case" ...... what rubbish, plead what ? There is no contractual charge and they are living in the clouds. They got this rubbish from the other two daft legals who get spanked by the courts for the same.

Attached is a copy of the email I sent them.So I've sent them a utility bill and hopefully the clock is ticking. I understand their disclosure willpwill not arrive before my defence deadline so in reality I'm waiting on a reply to the following this week:

For the SAR, the clock starts ticking when it is received even if you supply proof of ID later.
From the ICO's website.
"Can we extend the time for a response?
You can extend the time to respond by a further two months if the request is complex or you have received a number of requests from the individual. You must let the individual know within one month of receiving their request and explain why the extension is necessary.
However, it is the ICO's view that it is unlikely to be reasonable to extend the time limit if:
it is manifestly unfounded or excessive;
an exemption applies; or
you are requesting proof of identity before considering the request."
So, their 30 days starts from when they got the request, not when they got the proof of ID.
