It's being asked that is the important part, not so much where the question is asked. I like the idea of going to somewhere pretty in the outdoors. Then home for a nice meal. Make something nice or get your favourite take away. You can then arrange together to do something as a celebration of your engagement once the restrictions are lifted. Congratulations by the way!0

Buy and cook her favourite meal and buy a bottle of bubbly and some candles..
Prepare a romantic table with candles and dimmed lighting.
Wrap the ring up and place at her place at the table.
Propose to her when she opens the present and then enjoy your meal.1 -
