Eurocamp no cash refund until March 2021??

Perhaps a statement explaining the reasons why it will take a considerable time would help people understand a little better. Customers are given a date that the balance is due on their holiday in the terms and conditions when making a booking. If you don't pay by this date you risk losing your deposit or even worse charged up to 75% of the total cost of the holiday.

If the company cancels for whatever reason as I understand it, they should refund the customer within 14 days.

Yes these are different times and people understand this but companies should treat their customers with a litlle more respect and ask for more time to pay and give the reasons why.

I for one am happy to extend the 14 day rule to help as I expect other are too, but I don't like being told I have to wait until 2021 before I can apply for my money to be returned along with no doubt thousands of others.

I can guess now what the reply is going to be on 31st March 2021. (considerable time)!
